These sessions will be lead by licensed, experienced specialists in the industry. At these meetings, you can ask any questions about your insurance, review coverage options, and change your plan. Each meeting is designed with your needs in mind.

MONTHLY MEDICARE TURNING-65 MEETINGS
Educational Sessions for anyone nearing Medicare Eligibility.
Held on the second Tuesday of each month at 1:00 PM at the American Fork, Salem, Orem, Provo, Spanish Fork, and St. George clinics.
WEEKLY MEDICARE ANNUAL ENROLLMENT MEETINGS
In-person, comprehensive plan assistance, needs-analysis, health & benefits review, and enrollments during Medicare AEP.
Held Every Wednesday at 1:00 PM at the American Fork, Salem, Orem, Provo, Spanish Fork, and St. George clinics.
BI-WEEKLY ACA OPEN ENROLLMENT MEETINGS
In-person, comprehensive plan assistance, needs-analysis, health & benefits review, and enrollments during ACA OEP.
Held every other Thursday at 1:00 PM at the American Fork, Salem, Orem, Provo, Spanish Fork, and St. George clinics.
